* Added July 6, 2014* From now on when you inquire about a bird for sale, and you are 100% sure you will be buying it, I will need the following information- I will not use it for anything malicious and won't sell it, it is ONLY if you break the binding contract of stating you are buying a bird and specifying a pick up date and paying the deposit and then not showing up and not contacting me to let me know you changed your mind.*

Accepted Payment Methods
If you need to mail your full payment or deposit I only accept Postal Money Orders. If you are Paying in person I Only accept Cash . I do not accept PayPal, Credit Cards, Checks, Cashiers Checks etc. Just Postal Money orders & Cash only
Deposits
Birds are not held without a deposit. The deposit is equal to half the purchase price of chosen bird. If More than 1 (one) bird is being bought by the same buyer I will add the prices of all the birds together, and half of the total price is the deposit requirement. On the lower priced birds (under $60.00) The non refundable deposit amount would be the full amount of the bird(s), Example: if the bird costs $15.00 the deposit is $15.00, if they cost $10.00 deposit is $10.00 and so on.
Shipping Information
At this time I do not Ship. If I reconsider I will have a lot of red tape to go through, to make sure the buyer is 100% serious, and no bird(s) will be left at an airport because the buyer backed out! This will not be done to be nosy, make the buyer aggravated etc. it is only for the best interest of the bird(s)! and nothing more

Prices Vary depending on species and mutation I won't quote a price until I know the mutation of the baby, a general list of our prices can be seen on the Price List page Prices can change at any time with out a notice. My price is based solely on the birds visual mutation(s).

Gender Guarantees
There are none unless the baby is of a sex linked mutation that I know 100% for sure can only be the gender I've said it was. Birds that can not be visually sexed have no guarantee on gender at all. We use a Nut and string to sex our birds when needed this is not 100% But it has better odds of being correct than DNA sexing, It doesn't hurt the bird like DNA testing and it doesn't cost me anything so I won't be charging you a higher price, like breeders who do DNA testing do.
We may decide to sex the bigger birds in the future, if we do, this will only be done through Surgical sexing, and then I will have to add the price of that to the bird(s) price, and even that is cheaper than DNA and it is 100% Accurate

Refunds
I do not offer refunds, I may do an even exchange of a bird, But I do not give money back after you purchase the bird all sales are final, If you can not keep the bird for any reason I will take the bird back but will not be able to refund your money,(or buy the bird back) I will have to quarantine the bird away from all my other birds for at least 30 days, before I can even put the bird back up for sale, to make sure the bird(s) did not catch any diseases while out of my home. And that means I have to spend more money on the bird I already sold once, it is also not healthy mentally for a bird to be bounced from home to home, So please make sure you are 100% sure you want the bird, Or any bird before purchasing. because again All sales are final there are no refunds
The Sale of Unweaned Babies
I do not sell unweaned babies or babies out of the nest to inexperienced bird owners, I may make exceptions for breeders who I know , can properly hand feed.
Guarantee
Health Guarantee is 2 days from Purchase. -What this means is once you leave with your bird you have 2 days (48 hrs) to have the bird seen by an Avian Certified Vet, If the bird by chance has any Illness/disease that is proven by tests that the bird was ill when purchased. We'll either Refund your Money or You can get a different bird of the same price or Lower (not higher).
I must be presented with the original paperwork from the Avian Certified Vet,( I will not accept copies) showing what tests were done, what disease or illness the bird had prior to purchasing, The name and number of the Avian Vet, I will then Call the Avian Vet and discuss the outcome of the tests with them, if they are 100% sure the bird was sold with the issues Then the Refund/Exchange will be discussed with the buyer. If by chance the bird dies in those 2 days You must have a Necropsy done and it must prove The cause of death was illness/disease the bird had before purchasing. I will not refund money spent for the Avian Vet visit/tests/or Necropsy only what you paid for the bird.
Without any of the above done in 2 days There will be no refund/exchange .
I will not refund/exchange for any reason if the cause of death or illness is due to the buyers' neglect (Put bird in front of Air Conditioning, or register caused it to get sick and or die, Used toxic household chemicals, perfumes, colognes,air fresheners etc. - These things are not my fault and I will not give a refund or a exchange for such things.)
Bird(s) must be seen by an Avian Vet, Will not accept a Dog/Cat vet - They are not qualified in Avian Medicine and do not know much about birds. If the bird(s) are not taken to an Avian Certified Vet then there is no guarantee at all -

I will no longer allow a bird to go to its new home without fully being paid for, I've done this twice in the past with repeat customers, and was stiffed both times!
I am no longer hand feeding, and I do not know when I'll start hand feeding again, so the babies will not be tame when you get them. You'll need to do the work it takes to tame them yourself. This will not change my prices, as I price on mutation not handfed or non handfed.
